FAQs

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM YOUR TREATMENTS?

Most people will benefit from a massage treatment. However, there are some conditions that are contraindicated for massage therapy. This is a reason for the therapist to take a thorough client's medical history. Massage therapy is a great way to care for chronic injuries, soft tissue disorders, repetitive strain, and stress management. People with physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding occupations have found significant relief through this modality.

WHAT INSURANCES DO YOU ACCEPT?

Many of our services are covered by most of major insurance companies. It is your responsibility to ensure that your benefit covers for the service that you are looking to obtain. Certain services are also performed for MVA (Motor Vehicle Accidence) cases and WCB. For more detail, please send us an email since every case is widely different.

CAN NOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT?

In order for us to provide you and other people with the best possible service, we ask to have 24-hour notice if you can not make your appointment or want to reschedule. If you are late for your appointment, depending on the service, your appointment time might be shortened or canceled, this is determined by the type of service you are booked in for. An appointment that is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice, will subject to 50% service rate charge. No show appointment will be charged 75% service rate. All charges have to be paid prior to booking next appointment.

WE WORK WITH MOST INSURANCE COMPANIES

At the moment, we do not offer direct billing. You will be issued the receipt with all necessary information in order to submit to your insurance company. For MVA and WCB cases, the insurance company can request a treatment report from us given they have the client's written permission to do so.
